Dresden (dpa / lmv) - The volleyball players at SSC Palmberg Schwerin suffered their second clear defeat against a top Bundesliga team within a week.
With 0: 3 (16:25, 22:25, 13:25) the team of coach Felix Koslowski lost on Wednesday evening after almost 80 minutes of playing time at Dresdner SC.
After victories in the Supercup and the Cup semi-finals, it was the first loss of the season against the current runners-up for the guests.
A week ago the SSC had to admit defeat to the front-runner Allianz MTV Stuttgart.
In the first set, the Schwerin women hardly found their game and after a good 20 minutes had eight set balls against them.
The second round was largely balanced and with changing tours.
But in the final phase Dresden made the preliminary decision with the points to 23:20.
In the third round, the DSC was clearly superior again and earned eleven match points.
