The man had drunk alcohol on Monday evening with a peer without a mask in the Heinrich-Heine-Straße subway station, the police said.

The two were checked for violations of the Corona regulation, and they were banned from the U8 line.

An hour later, however, the 22-year-old was again noticed by the officers at the Kottbusser Tor underground station.

He was approached for trespassing because he was staying in the area of ​​the U8 despite the house ban.

The man got louder and louder during the conversation and suddenly ran onto Skalitzer Strasse despite the red light.

There he was hit by a 21-year-old's car, hit the hood and slid onto the road.

Despite the collision, the man did not calm down, hit the driver's door of the car and had to be overpowered by the police.

Police said he resisted his arrest, then vomited and passed out.

He was taken to hospital for inpatient treatment.

He is now being investigated for dangerous interference in road traffic, resistance to law enforcement officers and trespassing.
