Ellwangen (dpa / lsw) - The public prosecutor's office in Ellwangen has brought charges against a 27-year-old man from Heidenheim for drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons. The accused was the president of a local rocker group and had to answer for more than 50 acts, a spokesman for the prosecutor said on Tuesday. Since he is said to have carried weapons such as a crossbow or a machete with him during the crimes, he is also charged with violating the weapons law. The police have come to the man with undercover investigations. The 27-year-old has been in custody since August 2020. The trial against the man is expected to begin on February 3 in the Ellwangen district court. The Südwestrundfunk reported about it first.
