On Saturday, a man was arrested in a metro station in Lille by a police patrol.
He is suspected of being the author of a sexual exhibition that occurred in early December on a bus line of the Ilévia network.
On December 3, at around 8 p.m., a man boarded a line 18 bus connecting Lomme and Villeneuve d'Ascq.
He remains standing near the driver to whom he points out on several occasions that he finds her to his liking according to the police.
By insisting, the driver manages to convince the man to go and sit down.
Recognized on photo a month and a half later
When the vehicle has reached its terminus, the driver gets out to take a short break.
It is then that the man also goes down, takes out his penis and begins to masturbate in front of her.
He only fled when the Ilévia employee radioed for help.
And it is therefore Saturday morning that a police patrol passing through the République metro station in Lille, recognizes the accused.
The latter is checked and, in front of the photos of him presented to him by the police, he cannot deny the obvious.
The 43-year-old man was taken into police custody for sexual exhibition.
