The top of the lake is completely frozen and somebody is swimming below it.



This is Mr. Nekrasova, a Russian diver in his 40s.



The ice sheet was a whopping 25cm thick and the temperature outside the water was minus 22 degrees Celsius.




To date, the official record in this field is 76.2m held by a Danish male diver.



After swimming, Mr. Nyecrasova described it as "just like a new born, energizing job," and "a very pleasant sensation like no other."
