The motive for the crime is unclear, but the district court finds that the 37-year-old perpetrator knew the victim and that both have handled drugs.
In addition to murder, the man is also convicted of a felony.
According to the district court, it was more or less a matter of execution.
Several shots were fired and there were about ten people nearby, including a child in a pram.
There has been a risk that these people would also be hit and injured, according to the court.
"Against this background and as no mitigating circumstances have emerged, the district court considers that the sanction should be determined to life imprisonment," says the court's chairman, councilor Susanne Allgårdh, in a press release.
