"Our state urgently needs to be careful that it does not completely stall its economy," said the president of the state association of business associations in North Rhine-Westphalia (entrepreneur nrw), Arndt Kirchhoff, in Düsseldorf on Monday.
He emphasized: "The number of infected people is currently clearly developing in the right direction."

"A rigid legal obligation to work from home would also be missing," said Kirchhoff.
