Cologne (dpa / lnw) - After a woman (27) and a man (38) with serious injuries were discovered in a Cologne courtyard, a homicide commission is investigating the case.
The police reported on Sunday.
There are indications "of a possibly existing, attempted homicide to the disadvantage of the woman".
Many details remained unclear for the time being.
The police first reported that the fire department had received an emergency call early in the morning.
Accordingly, the woman and the man rushed from a balcony on the second floor into the courtyard.
The police did not provide any information on whether there had previously been a dispute.

Both were treated in the hospital.
