While France has just passed the threshold of 70,000 deaths from Covid-19, a new phase of the vaccination campaign opens on Monday, January 18, 2021. This campaign will now concern all people aged 75 and over, as well people at risk: around 6 million French people.
But already, concern is emerging, and the risk of making many disappointed appears.

No doubt, the expansion of the vaccination campaign in France is arousing enthusiasm.
Before it even started, at least a million appointments had already been made.

But it will be difficult to satisfy everyone, right away.
Because, if the vaccination will open to a wider public, the available doses, they remain the same, limited, or even, less important than expected with the announcement of Pfizer this Friday.
The laboratory will indeed temporarily reduce deliveries of its vaccine.
Tensions to be expected
In this context, we must therefore expect tensions, tensions, distribution problems in the territory.
The executive is aware of this and is already starting to clear the land.
Admitting that France would not have the sufficient number of doses at the end of February to vaccinate all the people who could claim it, the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, assured at the same time that at the time of making the accounts, all those wishing to be vaccinated will eventually be vaccinated.
Even if it must take longer than expected.
