The Chinese Embassy in Spain stated that it will distribute 1,700 "Spring Festival Packages" to scattered and poor overseas Chinese in the consular area before the Spring Festival. The distribution points will be located in Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Zaragoza, and Mara. Ten cities including Canada, Alicante, Bilbao, Canary Islands, Mallorca and Oviedo.
