January 16, 2021 "The merger between Peugeot (Groupe Psa) and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), which will pave the way for the creation of Stellantis, has become effective today".

This was announced in a note by FCA and PSA.

"As previously announced - continues the note - Stellantis ordinary shares will begin to be traded on Euronext in Paris and on the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan on Monday 18 January 2021 and on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday 19 January 2021, in all three with the symbol 'STLA'.

as a result of the merger Exor, the holding company of the Agnelli family, now holds 449,410,092 azionio rdinarie of Stellantis, corresponding to 14.4% of capital in circulation. This was announced in a statement, the same Exor.   

From an accounting point of view, pursuant to the international accounting standard IAS 28 - the note states - it is believed that Exor will exercise significant influence over Stellantis.
