Stuttgart (AP) - Borussia Mönchengladbach gambled away the third victory in the Bundesliga in a row shortly before the end.

In the 2: 2 (1: 0) at VfB Stuttgart, coach Marco Rose's team only conceded the equalizer in the sixth minute of stoppage time and was unable to match after the success against FC Bayern in the previous week.

Silas Wamangituka converted a penalty for the Swabians to the final score, Nicolas Gonzalez (58th) scored the interim 1-1 equalizer.

Thanks to the goals from Lars Stindl (35th minute / penalty kick) and Denis Zakaria (61st), Gladbach looked like the sure winner for a long time, but is now seventh in the table.
