Police and rescue services have in interrogation told about how the woman was standing outside the stairwell when they arrived at half past nine that evening.

She admitted that she was behind the fires and wanted to be taken to the police station.

She also told why.

One of the reasons was that her neighbors had been eavesdropping on her apartment for some time.

Since then, she has changed several times and the verdict mentions several of her explanations.

One thing she returns to is that she did as she did to end up in an institution, as a way to get away from her life situation.

"An act of impulse"

The forensic psychiatric examination shows that she was affected by a serious mental disorder during the crime, but that she does not suffer from any permanent one.

Something that does not mitigate the woman's crime.

They write in the verdict that she "caused her condition herself by using drugs" and the act was an "act of impulse".

Seven people were in the apartment building when the fires started.

Their doors were fireproof and none of the fires took place properly.

On the other hand, there was a strong development of smoke in the stairwell which could have led to life-threatening injuries for those who inhaled the smoke.

Violation of the normal degree

The woman was charged with aggravated arson but sentenced to arson by the normal grandson.

In addition to the prison sentence, she must pay damages to the house's tenant-owner association and insurance company.
