“Volodymyr Zelenskyy focused on the fact that, apart from establishing a ceasefire, there is practically no progress in other aspects of a peaceful settlement,” the Ukrainian leader’s office said in a statement.

As noted, Zelensky stressed that Kiev has fulfilled all the agreements reached at the meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Four in Paris in December 2019.

The parties acknowledged that the negotiations of political advisers in the Normandy format on January 12 in Berlin were not easy, but constructive.

Earlier, the deputy head of the Russian presidential administration Dmitry Kozak called the meeting useful, but, in his opinion, it is impossible to boast of the result.
