The Ministry of Digital Industry sees no reason to increase communication tariffs in Russia

“We see no grounds for raising tariffs in January,” he said.

As Ivanov explained to the agency, operators in Russia are obliged to publish their tariffs on the websites and inform their subscribers about their changes in advance. 

“At the moment, the operators have not posted any notifications about changes in tariffs.

All significant increases in tariffs are approved by the FAS, "he added.

Earlier, Vedomosti, citing the Content-Review agency, reported that prices for cellular communications in Russia could rise by 15%.
