The
Association of Victims of Terrorism
(AVT) has criticized this decision, recalling that there are already 148 transfers approved by the Pedro Sánchez governments since June 2018, affecting 134 ETA members, 52 of them with blood crimes.
Among them is Bienzobas Arretxe himself, of whom they remember that he was convicted in 2007 as the material author of the murder of
Rafael San Sebastián Flechoso
and later also for killing Tomás and Valiente.
He also has a conviction for planting a car bomb in
Madrid
on officers of
the Air Force

(Huesca ).
Prisons says of this ETA, who progresses to the second degree and serves three-quarters of the sentence in May 2028, that "he accepts prison law, recognizes the damage caused to the victims, expresses his hope to repair that pain and renounces the violence".
Another of the ETA members approached is Ignacio Etxeberría Martín, who leaves the
Topas Penitentiary Center
, in
Salamanca
, for
El Dueso

Cantabria
, after being progressed to the second grade.
He was convicted of killing five soldiers in 1992, as well as the son of a colonel.
The fourth ETA approached this Friday is

The AVT recalls that it planned the attack - which was never carried out - against the Civil Guard barracks in
