After an anonymous tip-off, the police paid the man a visit and saw that he was cutting a man's hair.
Neither man wore a mouth and nose cover.
The police initiated a fine procedure and referred to the applicable Corona rules.
In order to contain the spread of the coronavirus, hairdressers, like many other shops, have to be closed at the moment.
