After the first FBI investigations into the storming of the Capitol, US investigators are tightening their allegations against the supporters of US President Donald Trump who have become violent.

In a detention request for the already arrested man, who had advanced to Vice President Mike Pence's seat in the Senate with a horn jewelry on, they accuse the rioters of murder.

Jacob C., who also goes public under the name Jake Angeli, Pence left a note, according to the FBI, saying it was "only a matter of time before justice" comes.

"Strong evidence, including C.'s own words and actions in the Capitol, suggests the Capitol rioters intended to arrest and murder elected US government officials," investigators said.

The public defender of the 32-year-old C. could not initially be reached for a statement.

The detention request also states that the Arizona man was "addicted to drugs and insane."

He spoke openly about his conviction to be an "extraterrestrial and higher being".

The supporter of the right-wing QAnon movement is due to appear in court on Friday.

He is accused of participating in the violent attempt to overthrow the US government.

Investigators warned that the uprising was still going on.

Security forces, meanwhile, are preparing for further demonstrations in Washington after Trump supporters broke into the Capitol - the seat of the US Parliament - and vandalized offices on January 6.

Some attacked the police.

The US Department of Justice has brought over 80 charges to date.

The FBI was able to easily locate the more than 200 suspects through videos and photos on social media.

The prosecutor responsible for the capital Washington, Michael Sherwin, had previously spoken of an unprecedented investigation, in the course of which serious charges, including murder, could be brought.

Five people died in the riot, including a police officer.
