It is said that the Republican Senate Representative McConnell said he would not discuss impeachment in the Senate until Biden took office.



It has become difficult to pass in Trump's term.



The New York Times reported that at least 12 Republican senators are in favor of the impeachment.



In the 50-50 Democratic and Republican structure, 17 defectors from the Republican Party are required to pass impeachment.



President Trump belatedly issued a statement condemning the violent protesters.
