A bill of impeachment against President Trump passed through the US House of Representatives.

Trump's own Republican Party also voted for 10 members of the House of Representatives, but the Senate is also seeing a shifting atmosphere.

US House of Representatives votes on the impeachment bill, which was held in and outside the Capitol with the National Guard.



With 232 in favor and 197 opposition, a bill of impeachment against President Trump passed through the House of Representatives.

Ten Republican congressmen, more than originally expected, voted in favor of all 222 Democrats.

For the first time in the history of the United States, President Trump, who recorded the dishonor of being a president who was impeached twice in the House of Representatives, protested violently after the impeachment bill was passed. I put out a video message criticizing him.

Democrats have pushed the momentum to push for a Senate vote before Biden's inauguration.



However, Senate Representative McConnell of the Republican Party drew a line that there would be no discussion of impeachment before the inauguration ceremony.



Inside the Republican Party, there are more and more churning votes.



For the impeachment bill to pass the Senate, 17 out of 50 Republican senators need to vote.



The New York Times reports that at least a dozen of Republican senators are in favor of the impeachment.
