Landsberg (dpa / lby) - In a doctor from Upper Bavaria, the Kripo found evidence during a search on Wednesday for allegedly incorrect mask exemptions.
The Augsburg public prosecutor's office has been investigating the doctor from the Landsberg district for some time.
This is said to have issued certificates to numerous people from southern Germany, according to which those affected cannot wear masks for medical reasons during the corona pandemic.
The investigators accuse the 57-year-old of issuing incorrect health certificates.
For this reason, detectives from Fürstenfeldbruck searched the man's practice, among other things.
In Bavaria, other doctors are also being investigated for false certificates for mask refusers.
There had also been raids on practices in Upper Franconia, Middle Franconia and Lower Bavaria.
