Kerstin Brismar, doctor and professor of diabetes research, explains more about the "eating window" in Ask the doctor health.

In a research study, it was possible to see how the test subjects' blood sugar was affected by how often, and when in the day they ate, without changing their calorie intake.

- By changing their eating window, they got better blood sugar, better blood pressure and blood fats.

And it felt better!

They became more alert, happier and slept better, says Kerstin Brismar in Ask the doctor health.
