The National Medical Insurance Bureau said on the 12th that in 2020, the number of people participating in basic medical insurance nationwide will be 1.36 billion, with the participation rate stabilizing above 95%, and the number of people participating in maternity insurance will be 240 million, establishing the world's largest universal medical insurance network.
The basic medical insurance fund revenue is 2.4 trillion yuan, expenditure is 2.1 trillion yuan, and the accumulated balance is 3 trillion yuan.
