The Democratic Party of the United States has launched an impeachment proceeding in earnest, asserting President Donald Trump's responsibility to incite civil war.

Foreign media, including the Washington Post, reported that Democrats in the House of Representatives have officially initiated a resolution to impeach President Trump.

The resolution stated that President Trump instigated a civil war in connection with the congressional riots on the 6th.

Along with this, he wrote in a speech by President Trump in front of the protesters just before the protesters attacked Congress that he made a remark at the Capitol encouraging lawlessness.

Members of the House of Representatives also proposed a resolution urging Vice President Pence to dismiss President Trump by invoking Article 25 of the Amendment.

Article 25 of the Amendment requires that the Vice-President act on behalf of the President after the Vice President and the Cabinet have voted against him if it is judged that he cannot serve.

If the President rejects it, the Senate and House of Representatives can force dismissal with two-thirds or more of each.

The Democratic Party tried to vote in the House plenary session of the resolution to invoke the Article 25 of the Amendment, but the Republican opposition was blocked.

Foreign media predicted that a vote on the resolution of impeachment prosecution could be reached in the House of Representatives as early as the 13th.

The quorum voted on this agenda is a majority vote, but the Democratic Party currently occupies 222 seats, a majority of the 435 seats in the House of Representatives, and is expected to pass.

There are many observations that it will be difficult to pass through the gates of the Senate afterwards.

In the 100-seat Senate, at least 67 votes (over two-thirds) are required to be finalized, and the Democratic Party has failed to take this seat on its own.
