She indicated her commitment to depositing the sums in the defendant’s account, until it was found that there is an additional monthly income for the defendant from one of the parties in the amount of 10 thousand dirhams, so he was excluded from the aid list, for violating the terms and conditions of entitlement, and he was also warned of the need to refund the total sums that were disbursed to him from Unjustly, except that he did not comply with its return, and during the consideration of the case, the defendant acknowledged that he was not responsible for the amount of the claim, and requested that it be paid in installments.

While the court indicated in the merits of its ruling that the donor committed itself to depositing monthly sums in the beneficiary's account, up to a total of 51 thousand and 872 dirhams and 52 fils, and the conditions and controls for obtaining the grants provided by the complainant to the beneficiary were to present the latter all documents indicating the number of his family members And the sources of its income, in order for the complainant to determine the applicant's eligibility to obtain the grant or not, and determine the amount of the grant to the amount due to each family, and these controls and conditions came in general upon their launch, they did not specify or exclude sources of income, whether they were permanent or temporary, and then The applicant was required to disclose the salary he received from one of the authorities as it is one of the sources of family income, which is included in the considerations of the donor, and the court ordered him to return the amount and bear the lawsuit fees.
