Thus, it indicates that it will do "everything possible" to be able

to send emergency teams to its facilities

and points out that it has requested the collaboration of the municipal services to be able to clear the streets after the snowfall of the storm

and bring an emergency generator while the fault is resolved

For their part, Iberdrola sources told Europa Press that

there has been a medium voltage breakdown that has affected a cable that feeds a Telefónica center at

105

Melchor Fernández Almagro street

in Madrid, and that, "due to the inaccessible situation to the center, it has been agreed with the operator the installation of a generator set while the medium voltage cable is being repaired ".

Civil Protection is cleaning the entrances to the Telefónica center in the Barrio del Pilar so that the generator can arrive, which is already on its way.

On the other hand, Telefónica has sent users who are being affected by this incident an SMS in which it indicates that, while the company restores the service, they

will be able to enjoy a free unlimited data bonus on their mobile phone for seven days .

In this sense, the company reminds users who already have unlimited mobile data contracted that there is no GB limit and they will be able to navigate with them at maximum speed.
