The current regulations for prioritizing corona vaccinations are “illegal and therefore void”, writes the professor at the University of Jena in a statement for the Bundestag's health committee.
"They may not be used by the authorities and do not have to be observed by the citizens."
In practice this would mean: Anyone can claim a vaccination.
