This document shows that the Congressional police did not announce the completion of the clearance of the Capitol until 20 o'clock that night.

On January 7, local time, Washington, USA, after Trump supporters rushed into the Capitol and caused riots, a large number of facilities in the Capitol were destroyed and the scene was in a mess.

  This memo shows that Washington Mayor Bowser wrote to the Washington National Guard on December 31, 2020, requesting it to provide support to the Metro Police and Fire Emergency Department in response to the demonstrations.

Since then, the Ministry of National Defense confirmed with the Congressional Police Department twice on January 3 and 4, 2021, and the latter did not request support.

  Since then, the US Department of Defense approved a 340-person support plan.

These National Guard members were sent to Washington to be responsible for traffic, subway crowd control and logistical support on the 6th.

One of the 40-man rapid reaction force was deployed at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

  At 13:00 local time on the 6th in Washington, the US Congress held a joint meeting to count and certify the electoral votes of each state.

Five minutes later, US Acting Secretary of Defense Miller received a report from the demonstrators on the way to Congress.

At 13:26, the Congressional Police Department issued an evacuation order.

At 13:49, the Chief of Police of the Congress asked the National Guard for "immediate support."

  A reporter from China News Agency saw from the east side of the Central Hall of the Parliament Building on the 6th that the demonstrators broke through the cordon outside the Parliament at about 14 o'clock.

More than 10 minutes later, the first wave of demonstrators broke through the window and rushed into the Capitol.

  The memorandum shows that after the demonstrators stormed the Congress, Miller, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Milly and Secretary of the Army McCarthy met to discuss Bowser's request for reinforcements.

Miller approved 1,100 National Guard members to reinforce Washington at 15:04.

  It was not until 18:14 that the Congressional Police, Metro Police and the National Guard successfully re-established a cordon on the west side of the Capitol.

  The US Department of Defense disclosed in another statement earlier that on the afternoon of the 6th, Miller also authorized 6,200 National Guard members from Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania to reinforce Washington.

The Chief of Police Steven Sund of Congress announced his resignation.
