“During the conference call, it was noted that the epidemiological situation for coronavirus in Russia is characterized as stabilizing,” the statement said.
So, there is a slowdown in the growth rate of the incidence of COVID-19: the daily rate for the week decreased from 18.9 to 16.5 per 100 thousand population.
Rospotrebnadzor added that testing coverage on holidays was kept at the level of 244.8 per 100 thousand people per day, and since the beginning of January, the call center has processed more than 27 thousand calls.
Earlier it was reported that 23,541 cases of coronavirus were detected in Russia per day.
