There were 18 people, of which 13 were seasonal employees at Skistar, who had a party in a staff accommodation intended for three people.

It all resulted in the dismissal of the 13 seasonal employees.

- What has now happened not only violates the internal rules we have developed for our staff regarding staff housing but also FHM's general advice, says Stefan Sjöstrand.

"Loud music and happy shouts"

It was staff from Skistar's security company who discovered the party, their report states, among other things: "The security service stops and then sees a door to the property standing open and loud music and happy cries are clearly heard".

According to the water company's accommodation list, three people must be in the apartment and when it has been established that there are at least 15 people inside, the destination manager is contacted.

The boss knocked

"22:20 The destination manager knocks on the front door several times without getting any reaction from the party participants, the destination manager then opens the door and shouts hello most of the time to overpower the loud music", the report further states.

Inside the door, the destination manager introduces himself and explains the "enormous unsuitability of the Skistar staff's actions".

The seasonal employees were then asked to "contact their department heads to tell them that they were not welcome at work 20 210 103 because they had violated Skistar's corona policy."
