Jenny therefore asked what training the staff had.

Then there are divided opinions about what is said.

Jenny says she received information that it was a trained nurse who would perform the treatment.

The clinic states that the performer is a nursing student who has taken a short course with a licensed doctor.

There is a course certificate, but the person is not listed in the industry association Aesthetic Injection Council's list of certified performers.

- I feel tricked.

I did not know that anyone can give botox, says Jenny.

In that case, the performer must be a licensed doctor, nurse or dentist.

- I think that's great.

When you go to a salon, you want to feel safe, says Jenny.

Today she is recovered, but she will never undergo botox treatment again.

In the clip above, she tells how she went about getting money back for her treatment.
