January 05, 2021A man hospitalized in a psychiatric community died this evening after being punched by another guest, who was arrested by the carabinieri. It happened in Volpiano (Turin) in the "L'Arca" community. The staff of the facility gave the alarm. The victim is a 36-year-old.
The victim was found unconscious. The intervention of the 118 service operators was useless. The arrested is a 26-year-old Italian, already known to the police, on probation with the obligation to stay in the psychiatric community: according to the first reports he admitted to having hit the 36-year-old with fists several times for futile reasons .
