The arrival of leaders and heads of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to AlUla to attend the Gulf summit

The leaders of the Arab Gulf states have arrived in the city of Al-Ula, northwest of Saudi Arabia, to participate in the work of the 41st session of the Gulf Cooperation Council, today, Tuesday.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today at noon at the head of the country's delegation to the meetings of the leaders and leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries that convened shortly in the Al-Ula governorate in the Medina region. It is headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the accompanying delegation were received by the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Muhammad bin Salman Al Saud, and a number of princes, ministers and senior Saudi officials.

He was also received by the Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf, and the UAE ambassador to the Kingdom, Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan.

The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawwaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, also arrived in Al-Ula, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) announced.

The official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain and Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, arrived in Al-Ula as head of his country's delegation.

The Crown Prince of Bahrain was received at Prince Abdul Majeed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Al-Ula, Prince Muhammad bin Salman, who welcomed him and his companions in the Kingdom, and the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Nayef Al-Hajraf.

The official Bahraini delegation includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, and Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.

The Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs arrived in the Sultanate of Oman, Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, and he was received at Prince Abdul Majeed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Al-Ula, Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who welcomed him and his companions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The official Oman News Agency stated that Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said is heading the Sultanate’s delegation, on behalf of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq.

The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, also arrived in Al-Ula, to head his country's delegation participating in the Gulf summit, where he was received by Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
