It was on January 15, 2019 that a 31-year-old woman was out resting her dog on Floragatan in Kisa.

Suddenly, they were attacked by an unattached dog belonging to the accused woman.

According to the indictment, the attacking dog bit the 31-year-old woman's dog over the neck, neck and shoulder.

The woman herself was bitten in the nose, on the hands and forearms, and in a lower leg.

The 23-year-old woman denies the crime.

Anyone guilty of animal cruelty can be fined or sentenced to a maximum of two years in prison.

Anyone who causes bodily harm can be sentenced to a fine or imprisonment for a maximum of six months.
