The cause of the fire is unclear.
About 150 firefighters are currently extinguishing the fire, and the fire is gradually spreading westward.
The situation is very dangerous because some garbage dumps produce harmful smoke after being burned by the fire.
The fire emergency service department warned residents of the corresponding areas to stay indoors, close doors and windows, and turn off air conditioners to avoid breathing deadly smoke in the air.
People in other areas where emergency warnings were issued were told that if the roads were clear, they could leave to a safer place or prepare to shelter at home.
