Starting from the afternoon of December 29, 2020, all primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the urban area have been closed.

  Since the emergence of a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia, Heihe City has fully entered a wartime state, implementing comprehensive flow investigations and precise isolation control.

At the same time, 12 hotels were used as centralized quarantine medical observation points, all of which implemented quarantine and closed management.

This time, medical treatment experts from the state and Heilongjiang Province participated in the entire medical treatment process, and at the same time conducted online consultations with the national medical treatment expert group.

  After working hard day and night, the city has completed nucleic acid testing for all employees. A total of 165,925 people have been tested. Two cases of asymptomatic infection have been screened out. One case has been diagnosed by experts and corrected as a confirmed case.
