President Emmanuel Macron "learned with great sadness" of the death in the region of Ménaka "at the end of the morning of two soldiers of the 2nd regiment of hussars of Haguenau, sergeant Yvonne Huynh and brigadier Loïc Risser", according to a press release from Elysee presidential palace.
