Hamburg (dpa / lby) - FC St. Pauli has announced a new start for the new year after the meager yield of only one win in twelve games this season.

“It wasn't all bad that we did.

But we missed the results, ”said coach Timo Schultz before the away game of the second to last in the 2nd Bundesliga on Sunday (1.30pm / Sky) at SpVgg Greuther Fürth.

The respect for the third in the table, Fürth, is great.

“This team has played together for three or four years and has grown.

For me this is one of the teams that will end up in the top three, ”said Schultz about the Franconians.

In goal, the Pauli coach continues to rely on Svend Brodersen, who was between the posts in the past two games.

"Let's assume that Svend is in the gate," said Schultz.

Center-back James Lawrence is said to be spared due to calf problems.
