Erfurt (dpa / th) - After the dispute between several people at the Erfurt Anger, the police are investigating a 30-year-old for dangerous bodily harm.
The police said on Thursday that he had confessed his involvement in the event.
He is suspected of having shot an irritant gas weapon several times on Wednesday, hitting an 18-year-old in the face.
He then fled.
The argument between three people had triggered a large-scale police operation.
The 18-year-old suffered minor injuries as did his 16-year-old companion.
According to the police, the background is still being determined.
A judge ordered a search of the apartment of the suspect known to the police on Thursday morning.
The emergency services found the irritant gas weapon there.
