Berlin (dpa) - The Berlin-Brandenburg Higher Administrative Court has confirmed the ban on demonstrations on New Year's Eve in the capital.
The court joined a decision of the lower court on Wednesday and rejected an applicant's complaint.
The administrative court had previously announced that there was no legal objection to the ban on gatherings in Berlin due to the corona pandemic for New Year's Eve and New Year.
The applicant himself had scheduled a meeting for New Year's Eve.
