Qatari Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani made a phone call with Iranian Foreign Minister Muhammad Javad Zarif, in which they discussed the latest developments in the region.
The Qatari foreign minister had received a phone call from US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
The Qatar News Agency stated that the Qatari and US ministers discussed developments in the Gulf crisis, developments in the region, especially the situation in Iraq, in addition to issues of common concern.
