Arla is appealing to the Göta Court of Appeal

Arla demands that the Court of Appeal grant a claim for attachment and security measure against ÖMF Invest, which is the company behind Glada Bonden, and those who bought the dairy in Boxholm.

"Arla Foods AB's application for attachment and injunction in the event of a fine is rejected," Linköping District Court wrote in its decision.

But now Arla wants the case to be tried again and the Court of Appeal to release Arla from the obligation to reimburse the court costs of SEK 16,195.
