The Swiss Michelle Gisin won the Semmering (Austria) slalom on Tuesday, her first World Cup victory, ahead of the Austrian Katharina Liensberger (11 / 110th) and the American Mikaela Shiffrin (57 / 100th).

Michelle Gisin, Olympic combined champion in 2018, created a real sensation: the last 28 World Cup slaloms were won by either Mikaela Shiffrin or Petra Vlhova.

The day after the giant's cancellation because of the wind, the Slovak, who won the first five slaloms played in 2020, was disappointing by taking only 4th place at 1 sec 36.

Vlhova remains at the top of the general classification but sees Gisin come back to 88 points.
