“The skating rinks will work on the 31st until 22 pm.
And after that they will resume their work on the 1st of the weekend, ”added Nemeryuk.
He recalled that restaurants, both on December 31, and on all other days "are still open in Moscow" until 23:00.
“It is clear that some kind of musical program can accompany the evening.
But the most important thing is that it ends at 23:00.
Still, if this is a concert venue, then there are already several other requirements, ”he noted.
Earlier Nemeryuk noted that restaurants and clubs in Moscow will not work on New Year's Eve.
The restriction on work from 23:00 to 6:00 applies to all catering establishments, clubs and discos.
