Ruan Yuesheng, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Ningxia Health Committee, introduced that Ningxia has fully implemented the "one code universal" electronic health code in medical institutions above the second level. Residents can use the electronic health code to realize appointment registration, online consultation, real-time settlement, drug delivery, Online payment and other functions.
At the same time, Ningxia took the lead in implementing the provincial-level cloud platform model nationwide, initially realizing the interconnection of medical and health information such as residents' health file management, family doctor signing, telemedicine, child immunization planning, "120" emergency network integration, integrated blood management, etc. Intercommunication.
