China News Agency, New York, December 27th. The Empire State Building, a famous landmark in New York City, encountered a "scam bomb" incident on the 27th. The police confirmed that there was no danger after investigation.

New York local media PIX11 reported that at 11 am on the 27th, someone dialed 911 and said that a bomb was installed in the Empire State Building and it would be detonated at noon.

The New York City Police Department immediately dispatched an explosive ordnance disposal team to the Empire State Building.

New York Police Chief Superintendent Terrence Monaghan later posted on social media that after investigation by the explosives disposal team, no explosives were found in the Empire State Building and there is currently no risk.

The New York police believe that the previously received phone call is a "bomb fraud" incident and is investigating it.

Earlier, an explosion occurred in Nashville, Tennessee, on Christmas Day. An RV parked on the side of the road exploded and injured at least three people.

Local police said that before the explosion, there was a recording in the RV warning that a bomb would explode in 15 minutes.
