Magdeburg (dpa / sa) - In Saxony-Anhalt, 413 new corona infections were reported within one day.
The Ministry of Social Affairs announced this on Sunday in Magdeburg.
Accordingly, the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days was 206.85 and thus below the value of the previous day of 211.55.
Seven coronavirus-related deaths have been reported Saturday through Sunday.
The total number rose to 523.
Meanwhile, more and more Covid 19 patients with a severe course are being treated in the hospitals in Saxony-Anhalt.
On Sunday, 151 intensive care and ventilation beds were occupied with these patients, 85 of which were artificially ventilated.
In Saxony-Anhalt, 27,725 corona cases have been recorded since the start of the pandemic and 2403 sick people have been treated in hospitals.
