"Here you have Corona for Christmas," he is said to have said during the attack in a subway station, according to the police.
As the officials announced on Sunday, the attacker then snatched the victim's bag.
This contained the diabetes woman's insulin and an associated syringe.
After the Frankfurt woman hit the perpetrator with a flashlight, he and a group of other young people moved away.
The adolescents had previously cheered the attacker's rude demeanor.
Shortly before the attack on Wednesday evening, the group of five teenagers and young adults may have appeared aggressive and insulting in a supermarket.
In addition, a bus driver reported that evening to whom a group of adolescents had noticed because of their wild behavior.
The police are now hoping for more information.
