In Tatarstan, due to a blizzard, strong wind and possible snow drifts, a temporary restriction on the movement of buses and trucks was also introduced.

Earlier, the regional department of the EMERCOM of Russia warned that a blizzard and heavy snowfall are expected in Tatarstan over the weekend.
