The 22-year-old woman had requested SEK 1,500 per cat.

The three people who were deceived by the 22-year-old all testify that they had to pay SEK 500 in advance, and that the remaining amount would be paid upon delivery.

But before delivery, all three people have been contacted by the 22-year-old who asked that they also pay the remaining amount in advance, which they also did.

This is stated by Nyköping District Court in its judgment.

The fraud became apparent to buyers only when the delivery date of the cats approached.

Then the 22-year-old canceled several times.

In the end, the 22-year-old and the plaintiffs agreed that the now convicted woman would leave to repay the money she had received.

But in only one of the three cases did she pay back just over a third of the money.

The 22-year-old is sentenced for his refusal to a daily fine of SEK 1,500.

She must also pay damages to the buyers.
